Hi, I’m Tommy Pritchett.
I am a USPS mail carrier, and I love my job! It’s a really fulfilling career.
When people ask me about mailing items, I get to tell them all about our services and help them with their needs.
I started up the website because I was tired of answering the same questions over and over again from customers on my route.
It was great to finally have one place where they can get answers to any question they might have about mailing items in general or what service is best for their particular situation.
I love helping people out with their questions because it feels good knowing that they are satisfied with my answer.
One of my favorite things is when someone comes back after asking me for help on one thing and then asks me another question without having even realized that there was something else they needed help with!
My goal is always just to provide them with what they need in order for them have an easier time mailing items.
When not answering peoples’ questions or managing the site, you’ll find me playing video games and watching movies with my girlfriend.
