3. Bottles sealed with government-issued tamper-evident seals indicating that no unauthorized person has opened the bottles or tampered with them since they were closed by the manufacturer or importer. 

4. A written guarantee issued by an authorized representative of the U.S. importer or producer stating that each bottle meets all standards required by federal law and state law (the “Guarantee”).
